This year’s trip to play golf in the Dordogne was slightly truncated due to the absence of two stalwarts. That did mean a much quieter drive down in more comfort but slightly less raucous evenings as well. The golf was based at La Lolivarie, just down the road from St Cybranet. It’s a challenging course at the best of times and the weather was not very kind and my golf was not very good either!
